Access to certain features requires a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content on the Platform.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post on 5mind. This includes memes, images, videos, or other content originally created by others or posted on other platforms. If you did not create the content yourself, you must have permission to share it or ensure your use qualifies as fair use. 5mind is not responsible for copyright infringement by users.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on 5mind infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] with:
We will investigate valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

The Platform and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by 5mind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (including Stripe for payments). We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. Users are solely responsible for their content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 5MIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with or without notice. This includes failure to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 5mind.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor.
